A growing organization in North Houston is seeking a hands-on Treasury Manager to lead the company’s treasury function and report directly to the CFO. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking, debt administration, working capital analysis, and treasury process improvement.

A key priority will be building and maintaining a reliable, forward-looking cash forecast and providing executive leadership with clear visibility into liquidity, cash requirements, and funding needs.

The Treasury Manager will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Commercial, and Operations to understand cash flow drivers, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify opportunities to strengthen working capital performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Own short- and medium-term cash forecasting, including the 13-week cash forecast.
• Develop cash projections incorporating collections, vendor payments, payroll, taxes, capital expenditures, debt service, and other significant cash requirements.
• Analyze forecast-to-actual variances and identify key drivers.
• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, bank balances, transfers, and funding requirements.
• Administer banking platforms, account structures, authorized users, and treasury controls.
• Maintain banking relationships and support account openings, closings, and related treasury activity.
• Support administration of credit facilities and other debt arrangements, including debt schedules, interest payments, maturities, covenant compliance, and lender reporting.
• Partner with AR and AP teams to monitor collections, payment timing, DSO, DPO, and other working capital metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash conversion, optimize liquidity, and minimize unnecessary borrowing or idle cash.
• Develop treasury reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for executive leadership.
• Improve and automate treasury processes, cash forecasting, reporting, and data integration.
• Support treasury activities related to acquisitions, including due diligence, funding, closing flows, banking integration, and cash management.
• Establish scalable treasury processes that can support continued company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, cash management, or a related area.
• Strong experience with cash forecasting and liquidity management.
• Experience with commercial banking platforms and corporate credit facilities.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Experience with treasury management systems, automated cash forecasting tools, or business intelligence platforms is preferred.
• M&A or acquisition integration experience is a plus.

Growing, publicly traded investment company seeks Big 4 audit or transactions advisory experienced staff or senior to join their corporate team as a rotational valuations analyst.  The majority of time spent will be focused on assisting a team in valuing the firm's investments on a quarterly basis. Will engage in valuations, SEC reporting, corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, and various other projects for approximately 24 months to establish relationships and learn the company.  After this time, the rotational valuations analyst will join a commercial deal team. Great way to gain M&A and corporate finance experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires Big 4 Audit or Transactions Advisory experience.
• Requires 12 to 36 months of experience.
