Job Description
As a Technical SAP Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Payroll modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise to streamline payroll processes and enhance overall efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Payroll functionality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:

SAP Payroll Configuration:
- Configure and maintain SAP Payroll modules to align with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand payroll business processes and translate them into technical requirements.

Technical Support:
- Provide technical support for SAP Payroll system, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with established standards.

Integration and Interfaces:
- Collaborate with other technical teams to design, implement, and maintain interfaces between SAP Payroll and other integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain custom reports using SAP reporting tools to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Legislation:
- Stay informed about changes in payroll-related legislation and ensure SAP configurations remain compliant.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary updates and changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SAP Payroll Analyst or in a similar technical role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in Payroll or relevant modules.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration.
- Knowledge of global payroll regulations and best practices.
