Job Description

Our downtown private equity client seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the firm’s ongoing growth. This individual will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers and external agencies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruitment, a strong grasp of market trends, and the ability to help position the organization as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and onboarding.
  • Use job boards, social media, networking events, and innovative strategies to identify and engage top talent.
  • Create compelling job descriptions, post roles strategically, and enhance the firm’s employer brand.
  • Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments to ensure skills and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring strategies.
  • Build relationships with external recruiting agencies and manage the recruiting process when needed.
  • Develop and maintain a network of high-potential candidates for current and future roles.
  • Extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
  • Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, candidate quality, and cost-per-hire, and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in professional services or energy.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
