Treasury Analyst/Senior Treasury Analyst

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Oil and gas upstream industry experience (preferred but not required)
  • Generally 3 years of treasury experience
  • Understanding of treasury cycles
  • Advanced Microsoft excel skills
  • Smart, ambitious and eager to learn
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Essential job functions
  • Assist with daily cash operations, including cash positioning, funding, and disbursements
  • Prepare hedge settlement / bank fee funding packages and monitor the settlements with counterparties
  • Track and reconcile daily specific investment level cash reporting
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist with maintaining and updating vendor data in the treasury system
  • Handle the process of posting and/or unwinding the letters of credit
  • Assist in preparing internal treasury reporting on a need basis
  • Assist with external audits related to cash disbursement or cash receipt testing.
