Key activities and responsibilities:
- Assist with the corporate financial model.
- Engage in financial planning and analysis.
- Participate in the annual budget preparation process.
- Part of quarterly business reviews with CEO and CFO
- Support the executives with special projects and ad hoc analysis.
- Assist the CEO, CFO and Controller in management, board, and investor reporting and analysis.
- Work closely with Operations Executives in analyzing and optimizing their business unit profitability.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- MBA is preferred.
- 2-4 years of progressive financial analysis, consulting or public accounting experience required.
- Energy, oilfield services or chemicals experience is desired
- Must be a self starter and great communicator.
- Strong Excel skills required, Hyperion strongly preferred. Oracle or SAP experience helpful.
- Advanced Financial Modeling skills desired.
- Must be intellectually curious.
- Must have advanced social skills and polished communication and presentation skills.
- Must enjoy being visible to executive management and working and delivering in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Big 4 Assurance or advisory, corporate financial analysis, financial consulting, and/or Big 4 Advisory experience is preferred.
