Senior Financial Analyst
Our client is a growing, entrepreneurial publicly traded Midstream company, and they want to add a Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Analysis & Reporting) to their team in Houston, Texas. The role involves performing consolidated financial analysis and related internal management and Board-level financial reporting. The role will also provide other financial analysis in support of business operations. In the near-term, the role will be heavily involved in the adaptation of the internal financial management reporting processes to the company ERP system. The role requires a high level of independent judgment, initiative and discretion.

Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate with all key stakeholders to perform monthly budget and/or forecast vs actual analysis for key performance indicators
- Responsible for preparing corporate consolidated-level financial analysis and related internal and Board-level financial reporting
- Provide financial inputs and analysis into quarterly SEC External Reporting and Investor Relations reports
- Partner with all key stakeholders to help achieve key company financial goals and initiatives
- May be asked to partner with business operations to evaluate gas midstream investment opportunities by modeling project economics, running feasibility scenarios or sensitivity analyses
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Three years of experience in public accounting, financial consulting, I-Banking, or similar corporate role
Other Qualifications
Preferred:
- CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
- Prior information systems experience

- Proven ability to take projects from start to finish
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deliveries
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Proficient verbal, nonverbal, written and presentation skills

- PC proficiency, including experience with Excel and other MS Office Products
