Senior Financial Analyst 
Our client is a growing, entrepreneurial publicly traded Midstream company, and they want to add a Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Analysis & Reporting) to their team in Houston, Texas. The role involves performing consolidated financial analysis and related internal management and Board-level financial reporting. The role will also provide other financial analysis in support of business operations. In the near-term, the role will be heavily involved in the adaptation of the internal financial management reporting processes to the company ERP system. The role requires a high level of independent judgment, initiative and discretion.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate with all key stakeholders to perform monthly budget and/or forecast vs actual analysis for key performance indicators
  • Responsible for preparing corporate consolidated-level financial analysis and related internal and Board-level financial reporting
  • Provide financial inputs and analysis into quarterly SEC External Reporting and Investor Relations reports
  • Partner with all key stakeholders to help achieve key company financial goals and initiatives 
  • May be asked to partner with business operations to evaluate gas midstream investment opportunities by modeling project economics, running feasibility scenarios or sensitivity analyses
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Three years of experience in public accounting, financial consulting, I-Banking, or similar corporate role

Other Qualifications

Preferred: 
  • CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
  • Prior information systems experience
