We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to oversee the execution of a national Loyalty Credit Card program as part of a broader enterprise loyalty strategy. This role is a long-term contract opportunity based in Katy, TX, ideal for a results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in B2B credit or loyalty marketing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, with the ability to lead cross-functional efforts from planning to execution and reporting.

Description
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of loyalty credit card marketing operations. This includes creating unified campaign calendars, managing marketing deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking campaign effectiveness. The individual will work closely with finance, creative, store operations, and bank field teams to ensure seamless integration and execution across multiple marketing and sales channels. Additional responsibilities include preparing governance materials for committee meetings and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute loyalty credit card marketing strategies aligned with overall enterprise loyalty goals.

  • Build and manage a unified marketing calendar to support acquisition and utilization targets.

  • Lead marketing campaign execution from briefing through final performance reporting.

  • Prepare materials for committee updates and ensure alignment across marketing workstreams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including store operations, finance, creative, and external partners.

  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, joint marketing funds, and revenue forecasts.

  • Ensure outbound marketing content meets compliance and brand standards.

  • Support store training and engagement efforts to drive cardholder acquisition and usage.

  • Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of evolving business needs.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B credit or loyalty marketing.

  • Retail marketing experience with high transaction volume preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of credit marketing and campaign performance analysis.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in business planning, cross-functional coordination, and project management.

  • Self-starter who works well both independently and in team environments.

  • Capable of prioritizing effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
