SUMMARY:


 Our global energy client is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to support the various digital development programs currently in flight working at the interface between the business and its needs and the Digital R&D team.

In this role, the Delivery Lead will be responsible for the capture and communication of the business requirements for all digital requirements on new projects and/or product life cycle of existing products. In this role, you will interface with the business owners, development team and PMO to ensure that all activities are tracked appropriately.

Role and responsibilities
  • Document business requirements
    • Understand and clarify the business problems
    • Assess the business value of the problem
    • Capture nonfunctional and functional requirements needed to address the problem
    • Manage the backlog
  • Manage the Design and development Phases
    • Build story map for the features to be developed
    • Establishes acceptance criteria
    • Prioritizes backlog items and preplanning for development
    • Track the development process
  • Support the product through its life cycle
    • Gather and process feedback from users
    • Formulates next back log based on feedback and asks
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure projects needs are incorporated the roadmap and progress are tracked effectively

Qualifications
  • Education/ Qualifications
    • Required: Degree level qualification in Digital Delivery
    • Required: Professional certification, e.g, PMP CAPM Certified Scrum Master Professional
    • Preferred: Master’s in business administration
  • Experience/skills
    • 5 + year history of managing delivery of software and online projects specifically in the field of Oilfield Services
    • Analytical thinker

    • Documentation and visualization master
    • Track record of delivery-focused collaborative work in complex environments
    • Familiarity delivering projects with agile teams using Scrum
    • Strong communication skills in a global organization

    • Knowledge of software development processes and practices
    • Enthusiasm, energy, and ability to motivate teams
    • Stakeholder management skills
