Our private equity client company is opening their Houston office and they need add a dynamic Executive Assistant / Office Manager to their organization. Below are the details:

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative support for day-to-day operations
  • Supporting partners with managing calendar and scheduling travel arrangements
  • Oversee office management of supplies, coordination of vendors and other projects as needed
  • Liaise with office service providers
  • Coordinate all meeting logistics
  • Assisting with vendor invoices
  • Assisting in proofreading documents and communication materials
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality with privileged employee and client information
  • Managing the calendar and all client appointments
  • Assisting in planning team events and offsites
  • Creating documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Organizing and maintaining files
Requirements include:
  • Previous experience executive support and office management experience, 5+yrs.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have ability to work in a time sensitive environment
  • Must be a flexible team player
  • Proven tenure through work history
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to constantly learn and have a sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
