Job Description

Young energy focused Private Equity firm on the west side of Houston seeks a Big 4 Transactions Advisory or Assurance professional with one to four years of experience to join their team and support their business development, investment analysis, investment execution, portfolio management, and operational support efforts. In addition, you will be trained to engage in investor financial administrative activities including waterfall calculations and distributions. The firm seeks a Big 4 professional with a strong desire to transition their career to PE investments. You'll learn how to source, analyze, value, and execute Private Equity investments. Requires:
  •    One to four years of experience to include Big 4 TAS or Assurance experience.
  •    CPA designation is strongly preferred.
  •    Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  •    Ability and desire to learn new concepts quickly is a must.
  •    Passion for PE investments is a must.
