Young boutique Lower Middle Market Private Equity firm in Houston seeks a Big 4 Transactions Advisory or Assurance professional with three to five years of experience to join their team and support their business development, investment analysis, investment execution, portfolio management, and operational support efforts. The firm seeks a CPA with a strong desire to transition their career to PE investments. You'll learn how to source, analyze, value, and execute Private Equity investments. Requires:
  •     Two and a half to five years of Big 4 Transactions Advisory or Assurance experience.
  •     CPA designation is strongly preferred.
  •     Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
  •     Ability and desire to learn new concepts quickly is a must.
  •     Passion for PE investments is a must.
