About the Role: As an Internist with oncology experience, you will work closely with our director to provide exceptional patient care, support groundbreaking cancer research, and contribute to the continued success of our world-class cancer program. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, with a focus on oncology.
- Collaborate with the director and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing cancer research initiatives, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and treatment in the field.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in cancer medicine and integrate new findings into clinical practice.
- Educate patients and their families about cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment options.
- Contribute to peer-reviewed medical journals and assist in the preparation of research publications.
- Engage in continuous professional development and attend relevant medical conferences and seminars.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine.
- Experience and/or specialized training in oncology.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- A track record of involvement in research and contributions to medical literature is highly desirable.
