Job Description
IT Analyst
We are looking for a motivated IT Analyst to provide technical support and assist with the management of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both Mac and Windows environments, with a passion for learning and evolving in a dynamic IT role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support to end-users on both Windows and macOS platforms, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, network devices, and peripherals.
- Manage endpoints via MDM and oversee the inventory of deployed devices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless operation of IT systems and services.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document IT procedures, processes, and configurations.
- Support IT projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in both Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, user management, provisioning, and automation tools.
- Experience in IT support, with a focus on hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving IT environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) in hybrid environments.
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles.
