What You’ll Own
- Develop and implement the organization’s performance review and pay structure
- Lead succession planning and support compensation decision-making
- Handle corporate recruiting for internal full-time roles (entry through mid-level)
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, policy compliance, and more
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy across platforms
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a mid-sized, growth-stage company
- Proven ability to design and manage performance management processes
- Experience in corporate recruiting (in-house or agency background welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, builder’s mindset with high potential for upward mobility
