  • Excellent work experience with cash flow statements and managing cash outflows in a tight cash environment.  Strong experience managing the AP function and cycle.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret core financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage cash flow through effective accounts receivable and accounts payable optimization.
  • Manage the process of reviewing aged AR and lead efforts to identify and collect aged AR that can be collected
  • This role will include individual contributor work.  The company has a lean staff, and many staff don’t require supervision.

  • Minimum ten years in the accounting field and minimum five years managing the month-end accounting close and managing accounting groups.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting, GAAP and financial reports and month end closes.
  • Excellent knowledge of the manufacturing and assembly industries
  • Proven performance at learning new ERO systems

Personal attributes:
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build excellent working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and ability to work well with professionals at all levels.
