FP&A Analyst Opportunity – Drive Financial Planning in a Dynamic Environment
Summary
We are working with a growing organization that’s seeking a finance professional to fill a wide-ranging FP&A role with exposure to strategic planning, treasury management, dashboard reporting, and enterprise-wide financial modeling. This is a newly created position resulting from growth – domestically and internationally.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll contribute to both day-to-day reporting and long-term planning efforts. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across departments, gaining a holistic view of how the business operates while building models and tools that help guide its financial decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and strategic planning across the organization.
Lead or support treasury-related activities including liquidity tracking, debt management, and bank communications.
Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports for leadership, aligned with financial systems and operational data.
Manage the budgeting process and coordinate forecast updates, working with cross-functional teams to gather and validate inputs.
Prepare financial reporting packages (monthly, quarterly, annual) that summarize key performance metrics and highlight variances.
Work within financial systems to consolidate performance data and support scenario modeling, risk assessments, and strategic planning.
Maintain and enhance reporting infrastructure and templates to improve automation, accuracy, and usability.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
BBA in accounting or finance. An MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
Experience working in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles—ideally 2+ years.
Strong Excel skills with experience building financial models and using advanced functions.
A solid grasp of financial statements and planning processes.
Comfort with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Adaptive Insights) and data visualization tools like Tableau.
Strong report writing skills.
A history of preparing reports and dashboards that clearly communicate financial insights.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
