Our family office client company located in Central Houston, is seeking to add an Accounting Administrative Support staff to their organization. This role is an exciting position in that it will support a company that has many financial entities in the Houston area.

Our client is a well-respected, highly successful professional in Houston and this role works for her practice and wealth family office. Our client has extensive investments and is an active professional within her profession. The role will work closely with the client's CFO and accounting group on both personal and professional matters and will be the point person for this family's office matters. This will include working closely on the family’s Controller to support her on financials including accounting, tax coordination, trusts, brokerage accounts, and more. This role will interact with foundations, charitable organizations, BOD members of several companies, and with the client’s investment firm. Confidentiality is absolutely required, as well as professionalism, polish, and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting or Business
- 5+yrs administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
