Job Description

Our Galleria based family office client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO.

Detailed Functions:
One part of the position (about 50%) will be to serve as the personal assistant to the CEO of the company. This part of the position includes managing schedules/calendar, travel arrangements, document management, maintenance of personal residences located in Houston and out-of-state, maintenance of office and home furnishings, sending and receiving packages, personal errands and projects. The second part of the position will be as an administrative assistant employed by the company, to include clerical tasks, some client interaction, possibly property maintenance, potential projects using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ADP, and QuickBooks.

Looking for:
  • Someone with a great referral from their last CEO. 
  • Preferably someone coming from private equity, family office, real estate, or major law firm.
  • 5-10+ years experience as EA to a CEO.
  • Comfortable working in an on-site setting.
