SUMMARY
The Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing strategic IT initiatives within the supply chain portfolio, ensuring successful execution through effective program and project management methodologies. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, budgets, vendor agreements, and stakeholder communications, while driving transformation through supply chain technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT program and project management, with a strong background in supply chain systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
DESCRIPTION
  • Lead and manage medium to large-scale programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery using industry-standard project management methodologies.
  • Oversee IT projects related to supply chain systems, including warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and other technologies.
  • Develop and execute long-range strategic plans, provide input into budget preparation, and lead business case development with defined success measures.
  • Drive change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and systems within the supply chain team.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, supply chain business partners, and vendors, while providing strategic updates to senior leaders and executives.
  • Ensure alignment of all programs and projects with business goals, financial objectives, and enterprise technology strategy.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and benefit realization metrics throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Develop program charters, stakeholder engagement strategies, and project planning frameworks to optimize execution and risk management.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including budget forecasting, expenditure scheduling, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of work experience.
  • PMI PMP, PgMP, and/or ScrumMaster certification preferred.

Work Experience:
  • 5+ years of program management experience across multiple business functions.
  • 10+ years of project management and leadership experience within IT and supply chain.
  • Extensive experience managing programs and projects via Waterfall and Agile methodologies through the SDLC.
  • Proven success in leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic IT initiatives within the supply chain domain.
  • Experience in budget management, forecasting, contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and executive communication.
  • International and/or global work experience is a plus.

Skills:
  • Expertise in program management, project management, resource management, portfolio management, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and their impact on digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to collaborate across all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring strict attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with Planview Portfolios preferred.
