Job Description
Our DT oil and gas client company is seeking a temporary Data Entry Specialist for a project to support their regulatory department. The Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry of regulatory information into their systems. This role requires attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to contribute to a smooth functioning of regulatory processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input regulatory data into designated databases and software systems.
Verify accuracy and completeness of entered data, cross-referencing with source documents as necessary.
Maintain and update regulatory submissions by compiling and organizing necessary documentation.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in regulatory data entry processes.
Identify and report any discrepancies or inconsistencies in regulatory information.
Qualifications
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within a regulatory environment.
Proficiency in using data entry software and MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Commitment to upholding confidentiality and maintaining integrity in handling regulatory information.
