Job Description
Our North area client is seeking a CSR for their Customer Support department. The CSR will act as a customer service liaison between customers and their patients as well as internal employees. Make and receive calls to assist in obtaining accurate information for shipping including updating systems to ensure patient information is accurate and answer patient questions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide responsive and reliable customer service. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments as needed.
2. Perform audits to recover company equipment
3. Understand and follow through with process on patient inquires, requests and or complaints.
4. Supply knowledgeable, efficient, and cheerful service
5. Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
6. Need to know how to navigate through excel
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Qualifications
High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
