Our client, a leading medical device company in North Houston, is seeking a Customer Service Representatives to join their Customer Support team. This role will serve as a critical liaison between customers, patients, and internal teams, ensuring accurate information is obtained and technical support inquiries are effectively addressed.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to navigate multiple systems, and a customer-focused approach while working in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding technical support inquiries, such as error messages and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate and responsive customer service, ensuring patient information is up-to-date for shipping and support purposes.
- Act as a liaison between customers, patients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct audits to recover company equipment as needed.
- Manage patient inquiries, requests, and concerns while following established processes and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism and provide clear, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to all callers.
- Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-1 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or healthcare-related setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly relay information—no slang or informal language permitted.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and navigation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Adherence to company policies, including no cell phone usage on the floor.
