ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their Customer Support team. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, patients, and internal departments, helping resolve technical inquiries, updating information, and supporting smooth communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced call center environment while maintaining professionalism and a strong customer-first approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding technical support inquiries, including error messages and troubleshooting
Provide accurate and responsive customer service, ensuring patient information is current for shipping and support purposes
Act as a liaison between customers, patients, and internal departments to resolve issues effectively
Conduct audits to recover company equipment as needed
Manage patient inquiries, requests, and concerns while following established processes and compliance guidelines
Maintain professionalism and provide clear, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to all callers
Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required
0–1 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or healthcare-related setting
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly relay information without slang or informal language
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and navigation
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
Adherence to company policies, including no cell phone usage on the floor
