Job Description
Our client is looking to hire multiple Cloud Software Engineers with Python or Golang development experienice.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The Cloud Software Engineer will create enterprise solutions in the Cloud.
- Develop source code and descriptions for all software components in accordance with detailed software requirements specification, functional design, and technical design documentation and backlog
- Capture and develop software product deployment & operating procedures and instructions
- Fix software defects/bugs, measure and analyze code for quality, and test coverage
- Work closely with Project Managers / Delivery Managers to understand needs around client stakeholder management
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, MIS or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing in a high-level programming language (Python or Golang preferred)
- Experience building highly scalable, distributed systems using traditional or serverless cloud technologies
- Experience with unit and function testing traditional and serverless cloud apps
- Knowledge of object-oriented design principles
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with messaging middleware using queues, pub-sub channels, and streaming technologies
- Experience building high-performance, highly scalable, cloud-based applications
- SQL and No-SQL database experience
- Experience building serverless applications in AWS and containerized applications with Docker
- Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Lambdas, API Gateway, Step functions, SQS, S3, IAM roles, Secrets Manager
- Strong communication skills
Job Requirements
AWS, . Python is the preferred language, but not mandatory. The primary skillset is AWS with strong application development experience.
