ABOUT THE ROLE
The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily operations by providing reliable administrative and operational assistance. This position ensures accurate recordkeeping, smooth communication, and overall efficiency within the installation team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine data entry
Maintain accurate records within internal software systems
Provide administrative support such as organizing documents and managing correspondence
Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations
Serve as backup support for other team members
Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures when handling sensitive information
Support special projects or miscellaneous tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
General knowledge of industry and job functions
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
