Job Description

SUMMARY:
A Houston headquartered company, with divisions across the United States and Europe, is seeking an experienced Workday Analyst to join their Houston team.  You will join a team that has a commitment to innovation and excellence while continually striving to deliver cutting edge solutions that drive success.  You will take charge of optimizing and supporting our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring data accuracy, streamlining processes, and enhancing the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage various Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Time Tracking.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, providing troubleshooting and support to end-users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the Workday system.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to offer insights into HR data and trends.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance system functionality to drive efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users, HR professionals, and managers on Workday system usage, best practices, and new features.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Workday integrations and data management.
  • Previous experience as a Workday Analyst or in a similar HRIS role.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM administration, including configuration, security, and report development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred certification as a Workday Certified Professional and experience in project management.
