Job Description

Our DT software development company is seeking a temporary Billing Specialist for their very busy accounting office. The role reports to the Billing Manager and will be assisting with renewals processing and invoice delivery. The temporary role will last 3-4 months. 

Functions:
  • Review contracts for billing
  • Create draft invoices for review and make edits as necessary
  • Send invoices to all clients and update applicable systems
  • PO requests
  • Help clients with billing issues and questions
Skills
  • Proven experience as billing specialist
  • Adherence to laws and best practices in regards to dealing with customers and data
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and NetSuite (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Results-driven and patient
  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
