Search Services is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Staffing Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Staffing Operations Administrator will be responsible for the entire operational process of the company’s staffing revenue stream. The qualified individual will need to have office management, HR, and accounting experience. The individual with be responsible for performing varied business functions in human resources, accounting and administrative. We are looking for someone who is well versed in Microsoft Excel, takes initiative, prioritizes, and has awesome organizational and follow up skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner closely with recruiters to ensure and coordinate new hire on-boarding completion
  • Process background checks, drug testing, and degree verifications on candidates
  • Process biweekly payroll and maintain payroll information as required: data-entry for all time and attendance
  • First point of contact for employees for time and attendance and payroll
  • Maintain payroll spreadsheet integrity and reconciliation of internal/external data
  • Update and maintain insurance enrollment, workers compensation claims
  • Validate and audit timesheets to ensure compliance and accurate payment
  • Analyze payroll data, reports, and forms for accuracy
  • Maintain vendor contracts and agreement files
  • Assist executive management on accounting projects when needed
  • Provide support to the CEO through special projects and analysis
  • Answer a multi-line telephone system, take accurate messages, and screen and direct calls in a professional manner
  • Greet visitors in a professional manner and promptly notify appropriate person of their arrival
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail in a timely manner
  • Maintain kitchen, printer area, supply/storage rooms, conference room and reception area organized at all times
  • Handle all sensitive material with the highest degree of confidentiality
 


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent math and computer skills and enjoys working with numbers
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfortable interacting with people
  • Highly confident individual that wants to go “above and beyond" to get the job done
  • A quick learner with a demonstrated high degree of intelligence
  • Articulate and polished in presentation and communication abilities
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
  • Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions.
