  Company Profile
Our client is a major energy infrastructure develop company, and they are sponsored by a significant private equity investor. They seek a three to six year finance professional to join their corporate finance team and be responsible for maintaining their project finance model. 
  Position Summary
In order to support the growth of their business, they are in search of a Senior Financial Analyst.  This role reports to the Manager of Finance and has daily interaction supporting the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and other executive stakeholders.
  Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain financial models to support commercial contracting, project financing, and capital investment strategies and decisions.
  • Act as a key member of the team that will execute on large debt and equity capital raise transactions.
  • Develop financial forecasts and valuation analyses to present to the Board of Directors.
  • Work closely with other departments within the organization to build proprietary models to support value-based decision making.
Required Education & Experience  
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the studies of finance, accounting, and/or economics.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience at an investment bank or private equity firm. Experience at a private equity backed portfolio company will also be considered.
  • Strong preference for energy sector transaction experience.
  • Strong modeling skills to support corporate development initiatives and capital market transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of corporate finance and valuation concepts.
  • Working knowledge of the energy industry.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Professional maturity and proven ability to interact with C-suite executives.
  • High level of integrity and honesty.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-starter with high energy levels.
  • Passion for the energy industry.
