Our Client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to support the firm’s day-to-day efficiency and contribute strategically to future growth. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and plays a critical role in optimizing processes, overseeing key administrative functions, and ensuring smooth firmwide operations.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Operations Manager will serve as the firm’s Salesforce administrator, manage bonus administration, and lead operational initiatives that enhance efficiency and productivity. This is a strategic position requiring strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer and optimize Salesforce, including customization, reporting, user training, and data integrity
Develop and implement Salesforce training programs to improve adoption and utilization
Oversee bonus administration, including payout calculations, performance tracking, and policy alignment
Identify and implement process improvements across operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with IT vendors and internal teams to evaluate and implement new technologies and systems
Manage facilities operations and vendor relationships to ensure a professional and productive work environment
Evaluate and oversee relationships with external vendors for cost-effectiveness and service quality
Prepare and present operational reports and key metrics to the COO and leadership
Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
Assist in policy development, communication, and firm-wide implementation
Foster collaboration across departments to improve communication and operational alignment
Provide direct support to the COO on strategic and operational initiatives, including ad hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of progressive operations management experience, preferably in professional services
Law firm experience highly desirable
Proven Salesforce administration skills, including configuration, customization, reporting, and user training
Experience administering and managing bonus programs
Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
