Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy across platforms
Note: This is an individual contributor role with strategic oversight—no direct reports, but it is a managerial level.What You Bring
5–7 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a mid-sized, growth-stage company
Proven ability to design and manage performance management processes
Experience in corporate recruiting (in-house or agency background welcome)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A proactive, builder’s mindset with high potential for upward mobility
